Our new colleague’s key responsibilities:
- Führung und Motivation des Schichtteams mit einem Dreischichtsystem
- Umsetzung der Tagesplanung
- Optimierung der Abläufe und Reduzierung der Ausfallzeiten
- Überwachung und Kontrolle von Arbeitsvorbereitungen und Dokumentation

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem lebensmitteltechnischen Beruf oder mehrjährige
- vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse über die Themen Produktsicherheit und -qualität
- Hoher Grad an Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
